ShakeMemo - Proposal
AI memo taker / Agentic Memory — problem, solution, audience, monetization.
1. Problem
Voice thoughts vanish
People dump ideas into voice recordings that are hard to search, or crush a meeting into a single todo title. Context dies; actions lack the memo that explained them.
Slow capture
Opening an app and typing breaks flow. Shake-first voice is faster, but most apps only produce reminders—not lasting reference documents.
2. Solution
ShakeMemo is an AI memo taker (Agentic Memory). One shake captures speech; AI classifies and produces:
- Short memos → time (and later place) reminders
- Long memos → structured documents (summary, sections, tags, actions)
- Hybrid → document plus linked reminders
Differentiator today: ultra-fast capture plus per-device notification control. Roadmap: real geofencing and searchable memo library.
3. Target audience
- Professionals who think out loud on the go and need findable notes later
- People juggling errands who want place-aware nudges
- Multi-device users who mute one phone but keep alerts on another
4. Monetization
Free tier: shake → reminder core. Premium candidates: AI document generation, geofence limits, recall/digest. Gates align with RevenueCat when features ship; marketing must match reality (Now vs Coming).
5. Non-goals
- Habit tracker / streaks / tokens
- Always-on listening
- Autonomous agents acting in other apps without confirm
